Sleep well
1. How does sleep effect your learning?
When you sleep well you will feel spirit to learn, when you sleep less time you body will feel tried and hard to focus to learn.
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
I sleep about 7 hour each day, I think is not enough because I feel will sleepy when I woke up.
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
I will try to go to sleep early if there is many homework or project to do, because sleep enough time help you focus to learn.
